Arcus Communication Design recently launched a new website for Madison’s North/Eastside Senior Coalition (NESCO).
NESCO has been serving the needs of area seniors for over 40 years, providing programs, advocacy, and resources to assist them to remain independent, active, and influential in Madison’s North and Eastside community.
Like many non-profit organizations and small businesses, NESCO‘s previous website had been built several years earlier on a standard HTML framework, and most staff were unable to easily make edits and updates to the website content. NESCO sought to upgrade the site to a newer Content Management System, and Arcus Communication Design was eager to work on a solution to fit the budget and timeframe of this valuable community resource.
Working with NESCO to design, implement, and deliver a self-sufficient and secure website, we utilized their existing photos and text, integrated their previously separate blog into the new site, and took the opportunity to add multiple new pages of information helpful to their core audience.
Arcus Communication Design then provided on-site training for NESCO staff, including our easy quick-start Training Guide to enable them to take control of their new website.
